Following the publication of the amended/updated kitchen guide we previously reviewed how the risk assessment procedure should be applied to determine the level of odour control required in a given situation. This webinar building on the earlier presentation and reviews the design principles that an abatement supplier should be considering in order to deliver the level of odour control for a particular kitchen situation. We hope that the Webinar will also provide a good understanding of what each part of the emission control system has to do and how that can be delivered in a good design.
