If you're using Internet Explorer and experience no audio with this video, you'll need to update your browser settings.
Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab and under "Multimedia", tick the box "Play sounds in webpages" and click Apply, then OK.
Alternatively, use another browser such as Firefox which allows sounds to play by default. Contact the Admin team if you need any further help.
